About Healthy Roots Café
The Healthy Roots Café, or “HRC”, is a youth run, plant based restaurant operated by the Orchard in collaboration with the Roosevelt Elementary School District at Lassen School. Our interns, ages 9-17, work both the “front of the house” and “back of the house” under the guidance of a master vegan chef. All possess a valid Arizona Food Handlers card.
